Shipping & Delivery

Second Breath Coffee works with our roasting and fulfillment partner to prepare and ship orders directly to customers.

Processing time

Current fulfillment guidance is typically 2–5 business days from order to shipment. Weekends, holidays, and periods of unusually high volume can extend processing time. Carrier transit time begins after the order has been prepared and handed off.

Transit and tracking

Tracking information may show a label-created or pre-shipment status before the carrier performs its first physical scan. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless a specific guarantee is clearly stated at checkout.

Multiple-item orders

Multiple products are typically packaged and shipped together. In some cases, fulfillment needs may result in separate packages, tracking numbers, or arrival dates.

Shipping charges

Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $35 or more. For domestic orders below $35, standard shipping is $8. Express shipping is currently $15 when offered at checkout. Shipping eligibility and final rates are displayed before purchase.

Compass Crew subscriptions

For monthly Compass Crew subscription purchases, standard shipping rates and free-shipping eligibility are calculated at checkout according to the applicable order value, destination, and shipping method. Monthly subscription status by itself does not grant free shipping.
